Richard has six years of combined experience in the residential treatment field.  Four of those years were spent working at Serenity House drug and alcohol rehab as a support staff where he helped to write the companies search and seizure policy; the remaining years were spent at Clearfield Job Corps acting as a Residential Adviser teaching life skills and monitoring a dorm of 68 students. Richard moved to Utah from Long Beach, California and his interests include hiking, gaming, writing and good conversation.

Celina was born and raised in New London-Spicer, Minnesota, and spent her college and young adult years living in Duluth, Minnesota. Celina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Ashford University. Celina and her husband, who serves in the US Air Force, live in Ogden, UT with their three children, Olivia, Parker and Terrance. In her spare time Celina enjoys traveling, camping, biking, cross fit, swimming, reading memoirs and spending time with friends, family and beloved family dogs, Parmesan and Taz.
